
To satisfy the demand for rustic and authentic slow-cooked meats we have developed five concepts which tap into this key menu trend for winter.
1. USA BAGEL
Hot sandwich filled with pastrami, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Russian dressing, grilled between two slices of rye bread - substitute the bread for a bagel for a great tasting breakfast or brunch option.
WHY NOT TRY AS A PIZZA?
Top pizza with pastrami, pickled radishes and caraway seeds. Finish with a drizzle of Russian dressing.
2. LATINO TORTA
Slow cooked shredded beef with jalapeño peppers, sliced avocado, sour cream, and salsa on a toasted crusty white sandwich roll with spicy aiolo.
WHY NOT TRY AS A PIZZA?
Mix some refried beans with classic marinara for a more hearty pizza sauce. Top with peppery monterey jack and mozzarella cheese and shredded beef, Jalapeños, sweetcorn and a drizzle of sour cream - creamy guacamole on the side.
3. PHILLY FILLER
The Cooked Cuts Philly beef product is a combination of thinly sliced beef mixed with peppers and onions. Add to a white roll with melted Provolone cheese to make a Philly cheese steak sandwich. Drizzle with American mustard for a kick of heat.
WHY NOT TRY AS A PIZZA?
Classic marinara sauce with Provolone and mozzarella cheese. Top with Philly style beef and finish with a good sprinkle of black pepper.
4. CUBAN CRUSHER
Slow Cooked pulled pork with mustard, Swiss cheese, bacon and pickle, all squeezed into a crusty Cuban bread roll.
WHY NOT TRY AS A PIZZA?
Brush a pizza base with classic Cuban mojo sauce (citrus fruits and oil). Layer with pickles andSwiss cheese, finally top with baconand pulled pork - great with ahoney mustard dip.
5. GREEK FLATBREAD
Marinated chicken in a pitta or flatbread with tomato, onion, lettuce and of course tzatziki (yogurt & cucumber).
WHY NOT TRY AS A PIZZA?
Simply top a flatbread with marinated chicken, sliced red onion and tomato and halloumi cheese, spoon on tzatziki after cook, finish with a squeeze of lemon and a drizzle of extra virgin Greek Olive Oil.
